About this recommendations readout template

After weeks of research or analysis, the readout is where your work turns into a decision. This recommendations presentation template walks through what you looked at, what you recommend and the next step. The discussion slide asks which finding surprised people most, which often starts the most useful conversation in a findings presentation.

Polls make stakeholder alignment visible. First, people say what they need most from today, from a clear answer to numbers to share. An anonymous poll shows how much they agree with the recommendation. A final vote picks the next step: start now, pilot it first, discuss internally, or not now. It fits consultants, researchers and analysts.

When to use it

  • Presenting the end of a consulting readout or research project
  • Sharing an internal analysis with people who must sign off
  • Finding out who disagrees before the meeting ends, not after

How to use it

  1. Use this template. All 10 slides land in your Slides, free. Edit the text on any slide, change any question, or add your own slides from a PDF.
  2. Run it. On a Zoom, Google Meet or Teams call, people answer in the meeting chat. In a room, they scan a QR code and answer on their phones. No app for anyone.
  3. See the room. Results land live, only you see who’s gone quiet, and a summary is ready when it ends.
