What counts as an hour?

Online, only the time Claryoo is in your call. Waiting rooms do not count, and it leaves an empty call on its own after 10 minutes. A 45-minute session uses 45 minutes. In person, it counts from Start to End session; breaks you pause aren’t counted.

What happens when I run out of hours?

Your usage bar turns amber at 80%. On a paid plan you can add 10 hours for $20 (use them within 90 days), or move up a plan. Claryoo never leaves in the middle of a session.

Do the people in my sessions need to pay?

No. Only the host needs a plan. Everyone in the call or the room can answer polls, ask questions and vote for free.

What happens after the 14-day Pro trial?

You move to Free automatically, with 2 hours a month. We never charge you unless you choose a plan.

How can I pay?

Anywhere in the world, with a card or wallet. In India, you pay in rupees with UPI, cards or netbanking.
