About this sprint demo template
A sprint review is the team’s chance to show the work and get real stakeholder feedback. This sprint review template follows a simple sprint demo agenda: what you set out to do, showing the work, and what to focus on next. The discussion slide asks what stood out to people in what was built.
The first poll asks what stakeholders are most keen to see, from new features to what’s next. An anonymous poll asks how ready the work feels to ship. The last lets people pick what the team should focus on next, such as customer requests or cleanup work. It suits product managers, scrum masters and delivery teams.
When to use it
- The end of every sprint, before planning the next one
- Demos to stakeholders from sales, support and leadership
- Deciding whether work is ready to ship
How to use it
- Use this template. All 10 slides land in your Slides, free. Edit the text on any slide, change any question, or add your own slides from a PDF.
- Run it. On a Zoom, Google Meet or Teams call, people answer in the meeting chat. In a room, they scan a QR code and answer on their phones. No app for anyone.
- See the room. Results land live, only you see who’s gone quiet, and a summary is ready when it ends.
