About this all-hands template

An all hands meeting is where leadership and the whole company get on the same page. This all hands meeting template follows a simple all hands agenda: goals this quarter, what’s changing, and your questions. The discussion slide asks what people would like to hear more about, which helps shape the next one.

An anonymous poll asks how clear people are on this quarter’s goals. A second poll asks what leadership should explain better, from where you’re headed to how each person’s work counts. A draw among people who type ASK picks employee Q&A questions from the room. It suits founders, executives and internal comms teams.

When to use it

  • Monthly or quarterly company meetings
  • All hands after a big change, such as a reorg or new strategy
  • Hybrid company meetings with people in offices and at home

How to use it

  1. Use this template. All 10 slides land in your Slides, free. Edit the text on any slide, change any question, or add your own slides from a PDF.
  2. Run it. On a Zoom, Google Meet or Teams call, people answer in the meeting chat. In a room, they scan a QR code and answer on their phones. No app for anyone.
  3. See the room. Results land live, only you see who’s gone quiet, and a summary is ready when it ends.
