About this design review template

In a design review, the first opinion often sets the tone for everyone else. This design review meeting template collects first reactions, agrees what to change, and settles the next step. The discussion slide asks what people noticed first, good or bad, which keeps the design critique grounded in real impressions.

The first poll captures everyone’s reaction at once, from love it to not right yet, before the most senior person speaks. The second lets people pick what they’d change first: layout, colours, wording or images. The last decides the outcome: approve, one more round, or rethink the direction. It suits designers, product teams and agencies.

When to use it

  • Reviewing new designs with product and engineering
  • Client design feedback sessions at an agency
  • Getting a clear design approval instead of an open debate

How to use it

  1. Use this template. All 10 slides land in your Slides, free. Edit the text on any slide, change any question, or add your own slides from a PDF.
  2. Run it. On a Zoom, Google Meet or Teams call, people answer in the meeting chat. In a room, they scan a QR code and answer on their phones. No app for anyone.
  3. See the room. Results land live, only you see who’s gone quiet, and a summary is ready when it ends.
