About this workshop template
A workshop works when people leave with the thing they came for. This free workshop agenda template gives you ten slides that move from why you’re here, through working the problem together, to agreed next steps. A discussion slide asks the group to name the one problem it most needs to solve today.
Three polls do the listening for you. The first asks what people want to walk away with, so you can shape the session around the answers. The second lets them choose to work alone, in pairs or as one group. The last is an anonymous check on how useful the day was. It suits facilitators, trainers and team leads.
When to use it
- Opening a half-day or full-day workshop with a group you don’t know well
- Running a working session where people need to leave with a clear plan
- Collecting honest feedback before people log off or leave the room
How to use it
- Use this template. All 10 slides land in your Slides, free. Edit the text on any slide, change any question, or add your own slides from a PDF.
- Run it. On a Zoom, Google Meet or Teams call, people answer in the meeting chat. In a room, they scan a QR code and answer on their phones. No app for anyone.
- See the room. Results land live, only you see who’s gone quiet, and a summary is ready when it ends.
