About this webinar template

Most webinars never learn who was in the audience. This webinar presentation template follows a simple webinar agenda: who’s here, the main ideas, then questions and next steps. The discussion slide asks about people’s biggest challenge with the topic, which feeds straight into your Q&A and follow-up.

The webinar poll questions start with role: sales, marketing, operations, leadership or something else. A second poll lets people pick up to two topics to go deeper on, such as measuring results or pricing. A draw among people who type WIN gives away a free one-to-one strategy session. It suits marketers and anyone who cares about webinar engagement.

When to use it

  • Marketing webinars where you want to learn about your audience
  • Educational webinars with a large, quiet audience
  • Keeping people to the end with a live prize draw

How to use it

  1. Use this template. All 10 slides land in your Slides, free. Edit the text on any slide, change any question, or add your own slides from a PDF.
  2. Run it. On a Zoom, Google Meet or Teams call, people answer in the meeting chat. In a room, they scan a QR code and answer on their phones. No app for anyone.
  3. See the room. Results land live, only you see who’s gone quiet, and a summary is ready when it ends.
