About this panel discussion template
A panel works well when it answers what the audience actually came to hear. This panel discussion template covers meeting the panel, the big questions and the audience’s questions. The discussion slide asks what people would most like the panel to answer, which gives the panel moderator a ready list of panel discussion questions.
The first poll lets the audience choose what the panel tackles first: real examples, mistakes to avoid, what’s next or getting started. An anonymous poll later asks whether people agree with where the panel landed. A draw picks audience Q&A questions from people who type ASK. It suits event organisers, moderators and conference hosts.
When to use it
- Conference panels with a large audience
- Online panel events and webinars with several speakers
- Moderating a panel where you want questions spread fairly
How to use it
- Use this template. All 10 slides land in your Slides, free. Edit the text on any slide, change any question, or add your own slides from a PDF.
- Run it. On a Zoom, Google Meet or Teams call, people answer in the meeting chat. In a room, they scan a QR code and answer on their phones. No app for anyone.
- See the room. Results land live, only you see who’s gone quiet, and a summary is ready when it ends.
