About this group coaching template
A group coaching session needs warmth and structure in equal measure. This group coaching session template follows a simple group coaching agenda: how we’re arriving, what we want to work on, and one commitment each. The discussion slide asks what one thing each person would like to feel differently about.
An anonymous check-in asks whether people arrive energised, steady, tired or stressed, so you can adjust before you begin. Then the group picks what to work on, such as confidence or the next career step. The close asks for one commitment for the week, from one small habit to rest. It suits coaches, mentors and peer groups.
When to use it
- Weekly or monthly sessions in a group coaching programme
- Peer mentoring circles that need a gentle structure
- Leadership cohorts where people may not share in front of others
How to use it
- Use this template. All 10 slides land in your Slides, free. Edit the text on any slide, change any question, or add your own slides from a PDF.
- Run it. On a Zoom, Google Meet or Teams call, people answer in the meeting chat. In a room, they scan a QR code and answer on their phones. No app for anyone.
- See the room. Results land live, only you see who’s gone quiet, and a summary is ready when it ends.
