About this community call template
A regular community call keeps members connected between bigger events. This community call agenda covers who’s here, news and what’s coming, and member shares. The discussion slide asks what good thing is happening in each person’s corner right now, which makes the call feel like a gathering rather than a broadcast.
The first poll asks how long people have been part of the community, so new members can say hello without unmuting. The second asks what they’d like more of, from live sessions to member spotlights. A random pick chooses who shares what they’re working on. It suits community managers, nonprofits and member networks.
When to use it
- Monthly member calls for an online community
- Open community meetings for a nonprofit or network
- Gathering community engagement ideas straight from members
How to use it
- Use this template. All 10 slides land in your Slides, free. Edit the text on any slide, change any question, or add your own slides from a PDF.
- Run it. On a Zoom, Google Meet or Teams call, people answer in the meeting chat. In a room, they scan a QR code and answer on their phones. No app for anyone.
- See the room. Results land live, only you see who’s gone quiet, and a summary is ready when it ends.
