Live Q&A that catches every question, typed or spoken

Questions from the meeting chat, the conversation and phones in the room land on one private board, longest wait first. Nothing slips past you.

Claryoo's live Q&A gathers every question in your session onto one private board, longest wait first. On Zoom, Google Meet or Teams, it picks up questions typed in the meeting chat and questions asked out loud. In a room, people type questions on their phones. You mark each one answered, and anything still open goes into your summary.

How it works

  1. Start your session with Claryoo. Online, it joins your Zoom, Meet or Teams call as a participant. In a room, people join on their phones by QR, with no call at all.
  2. People ask the way they normally would. Online, they type in the meeting chat or simply ask out loud. In a room, they type into the question box on their phone.
  3. Claryoo spots the questions. It reads the chat and the conversation as they happen and pulls out what's actually a question, tidying the spelling and splitting a message that holds more than one.
  4. They land on your board, each with who asked, where it came from and how long it has waited.
  5. Answer them in your own time. Mark a question answered, or skip it. The longest wait stays at the top.
  6. Close the session. Any question still open is in your summary, so you can follow up.

What people in the session do

Nothing new. On a call, they ask in the chat or speak up, the same as any meeting. There's no separate Q&A site, link or code.

In a room, there's a question box at the bottom of the page they opened by scanning the QR code. They type, tap Send, and see "Sent. The host can see it." If the connection drops, the text comes back so they can send it again. They can add a first name, which you'll see next to their questions, or stay a guest. Learn more about in-person sessions.

What you see as the host

  • One board for every question, whether it came from the chat, the conversation or a phone, sorted longest wait first.
  • How long each one has waited, so nobody's question is left hanging until the end.
  • Repeats marked, not doubled. When someone asks a question that's already on the board, it's marked as asked again rather than added twice, a sign the first answer didn't land.
  • A quiet nudge when a question has waited too long. Claryoo stays silent otherwise.
  • The rest of the room, alongside. Who's with you and who's gone quiet, plus your live polls and quizzes.
  • Open questions in the summary. When the session ends, the questions you didn't get to are listed with the decisions and follow-ups.

The board is yours. It stays on your side and isn't shown to the room, so you choose which questions to take and when.

Good for

  • Facilitators: client workshops where a key question from a stakeholder can't get lost under the next exercise.
  • Trainers: live training where "Can you go over step two again?" tells you exactly what to recap.
  • Nonprofits and community programs: member calls where people who'd never unmute can still ask in the chat.
  • Speakers: keynotes and launch webinars where you want to take the best questions, and follow up on the rest after.

FAQ

Do attendees need to go to a separate Q&A page?

Not on a call. They ask in the meeting chat or out loud. In a room, the question box is on the same phone page they use for polls, opened by scanning a QR code.

Can the audience upvote questions?

No. Claryoo's board is private to you and sorted by how long each question has waited. If your event is built around an audience upvoting questions for a moderator, a tool like Slido fits that better.

Does it catch questions people ask out loud?

Yes, on Zoom, Google Meet and Teams. Claryoo transcribes the call live to find them. It doesn't record video, and call audio is deleted automatically after 7 days. In a room there's no mic, so questions come from phones only.

What happens to questions I didn't answer?

They're listed in your summary as open questions, ready for a follow-up.
