About this hiring info session template
A recruitment information session goes better when you know who’s in the room before you pitch the company. This template covers who you are, the roles you’re hiring for, and an open Q&A. The discussion slide asks what candidates would most like to know about working with you.
The first poll asks which role people are most interested in: engineering, sales, design or operations. The second asks what matters most in their next job, such as growth, pay or flexibility. A draw among people who type ASK picks careers Q&A questions fairly. It suits recruiters and HR teams running an employer information session or hiring event.
When to use it
- Campus or graduate employer information sessions
- Online hiring events for several open roles
- Learning what candidates value before you present
How to use it
- Use this template. All 10 slides land in your Slides, free. Edit the text on any slide, change any question, or add your own slides from a PDF.
- Run it. On a Zoom, Google Meet or Teams call, people answer in the meeting chat. In a room, they scan a QR code and answer on their phones. No app for anyone.
- See the room. Results land live, only you see who’s gone quiet, and a summary is ready when it ends.
